As a Scrum Master I am often tough to my team 🙂 Some football coach are tough like Gordon Ramsay, some are soft. I believe there is no right or wrong to this.

Joshua, I agree there is no wrong or right to it. There are just different approaches to handling a team. It was just a fun way to explore this. So were you a Chef Ramsay or Ian?
